Terms of sale

Richeli is an independent studio based in Doha, Qatar. You can reach us at richeli.store@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the License and the Refund policy.

We sell digital goods only: wallpaper collections and the Full Library (image files), Apple Wallet card skins (image files) and two Mac apps, Richeli Card and Richeli ID. Nothing is shipped physically.

Each product page lists exactly what is included and, for the apps, what you need to run them. Please read the requirements before buying.

Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by Payhip, our checkout partner. Payhip processes your payment, applies any VAT or sales tax due in your country and sends your download link. Payhip’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction itself.

Collections, the Full Library and the apps are priced in euros; the extra skin editions are priced in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies on this site are estimates for your convenience. The final amount is charged in the product’s currency at checkout, and your bank sets the exchange rate.

Launch offers and other promotions can end at any time without notice. The price you paid at the time of your order is never changed afterwards.

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment clears, Payhip shows a secure download link on screen and emails it to the address you entered. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to us.

You can re-download your purchase from the same link. Keep a copy of your files; we recommend backing them up like anything else you own.

Richeli Card needs a Mac running macOS 14 or later, a USB data cable and an iPhone on a supported iOS build. Apple changes iOS regularly and we cannot promise support for every release. Richeli ID needs macOS 15 or later and a camera, and is designed for convenience rather than as a replacement for your password or Touch ID.

If an app does not work on a Mac that meets its requirements, email richeli.store@gmail.com and we will help. Updates we publish for an app are free for everyone who bought it.

Your purchase is subject to the Richeli License, which explains what you may and may not do with the files and the apps.

Our products are provided as described, and otherwise “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richeli is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top tells you when they last changed. Orders are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
