What this site and our apps know about you, which is as little as we can manage.

The short version
There are no accounts on richeli.store and no advertising trackers. Checkout happens on Payhip. Our Mac apps work entirely on your own Mac and send nothing to us.
Browsing the site
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site keeps two small things in your browser: a country cookie, set from your region so that prices show in your currency, and local storage for the currency you pick and the contents of your cart. Neither is sent to us or to anyone else, and both can be cleared from your browser at any time.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) to run and secure the service. The Payhip checkout script loads on product pages so that the buy buttons can open checkout.
Buying something
Payment, tax handling and delivery are done by Payhip under Payhip’s privacy policy. Payhip shares with us the details of your order (your name, email address, what you bought and when) so that we can deliver, support and account for it. We keep those records for as long as tax law requires and do not sell or share them.
The studio list
If you join our email list, we use your address only to send you that list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Richeli ID and Richeli Card
Richeli ID recognises your face entirely on your Mac. Your face is stored locally as an encrypted set of numbers, never as a photo, and nothing is uploaded or sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it from the app’s settings whenever you like.
Richeli Card applies skins to your Wallet cards from your Mac over USB. It does not read, store or transmit card numbers or payment details, and your own images never leave your Mac. Neither app requires an account or an internet connection to work.
Writing to us
When you email richeli.store@gmail.com we keep the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it. We do not use it for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to richeli.store@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days. Our products are not directed at children.
