Refunds

Because every product is delivered instantly as a download that cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. Please read the product page, and the app requirements, before you buy.

We will refund you in full if:

• You were charged twice, or charged in error.
• A file is corrupted or missing and we cannot replace it.
• What you received is materially different from what the product page described.
• A Mac app does not run on a Mac that meets its listed requirements, and we cannot get it working with you.

Changing your mind after downloading, or buying an app for a Mac or iPhone that does not meet the requirements, is not covered.

Email richeli.store@gmail.com within 14 days of your order with the email address you bought with and your Payhip order number, and tell us what went wrong. We reply to every request.

Approved refunds are issued by Payhip to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs everyone fees; an email usually fixes things the same day.

Launch and promotional prices apply to orders placed while the offer is running. We cannot apply them to earlier orders or refund the difference.
